TERMS OF USE

Use of this royalty free track (the “Track”) means you agree to the following terms of use. This Track is licensed to you by SpencerSternberg.com and does not pass ownership onto you. The right to sell or redistribute the Track remains with SpencerSternberg.com. You cannot sell or redistribute the Track.

By downloading and using the Track you agree, where appropriate and possible, to credit Spencer Sternberg as the creator and publisher of the Track.

SpencerSternberg.com does not guarantee that the Track is free from viruses or other harmful materials, and while all efforts by SpencerSternberg.com have been made to eliminate these factors, SpencerSternberg.com will not cover any costs related to damage to your files, systems, or hardware.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between SpencerSternberg.com and you. By using the Track you agree to this license agreement. If you do not agree to this license agreement do not download or use the Track.

Definitions
“Track” means the royalty free track created by SpencerSternberg.com.
“Usage” means the way that the Track is put together with your works, including non-published works and published works.
“You” means an individual, a company, a website, or entity.

TERMS OF LICENSE
(A) Usage: You may:
(I) Use the Track in your creative projects for an unlimited time period.
(II) Change, edit, or modify the Track as needed for your creative projects, however you cannot take ownership of the new work.
(B) Requirements of Usage: You must:
(I) Credit Spencer Sternberg as the creator of the Track, either in your projects’ credits or associated materials. This could be a visual credit, a printed credit, or an online published credit.
(C) Prohibited Uses: You may not:
(I) Sell or redistribute the Track.
(II) Take ownership of any edited versions of the Track you make.
(D) Transfer of License: You may not:
(I) Transfer this license to another individual, company, or entity.
(E) Agreement:
You acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, and agree to its terms and conditions.
